We have just received an email from the planning department saying that our planning application will NOT be included in the agenda for tomorrow’s Planning Committee meeting. This is unexpected, and at very short notice.
According to planning officer Stephen Colegate the reason for defferal is “due to the restrictive timeframe to appropriately consider the late submission received on the 6th November prior to tomorrows planning committee”.
This late material mostly concerns aspects of water management following questions put to us after the last meeting. This deadline for the 6th was set by the planning department. Now, on the day before the meeting they have discovered the timeframe to be “restrictive”.
Our application will now be considered on the 9th December.
