News just received, Judge Harrington has ruled in favour of Brian Bennett for possession of Yorkley Court.
We have 24hours notice for the farmhouse, 3 days for the back field and the area surrounding the farmhouse, and 14 days for the bottom strip.

Hi, I’m a friend of Gem’s but the last number I had for her stopped working. I’m very sorry to hear that the court has ruled against you, I love what you have all done on the land and I really was hoping they’d see sense. I suppose money is what rules these people. Unfortunately I won’t be able to come and physically help at all but if there’s anything I can do from afar I will.

So f##king sorry to hear the news. Did he (she?) give grounds for the decision? Is there room for a fight or is the decision final. It just seems so predictably unjust!
MY RELATIVES FARMED THE LAND AND ALL THE TIME AUNTY ALICE AND JO WERE THERE THEY COULD NEVER FIND OUT WHO THE OWNER WAS AND THEIR MONEY WAS PAID TO A SOLICITOR.MY FATHER MAINTAINED WHOEVER THE SOLICITOR WAS MUST BE CORRUPT AND THAT WAS YEARS AGO.SO ISN,T IT AMAZING THAT THE NEW OWNER WAS ABLE TO FIND OUT IN A SHORT SPACE OF TIME WHO THE OWNER/OWNERS WERE………..AND THEN PURCHASE THE LAND WHICH THE PREVIOUS TENTANTS AFTER FARMING THERE FOR A LIFE TIME WERE UNABLE TO DO…. SOMETHING DOESN,T SOUND RIGHT ……….ARE WE SUPPOSED TO TRUST PEOPLE IN HIGH POSITIONS I THINK NOT.
